TROY is committed to supporting local and state law enforcement with reliable, mission-ready firearms. Through the Duty Use (DU) Replacement Program, if an officer’s rifle is used in the line of duty and becomes unavailable—whether due to damage or evidence retention—TROY will supply an equivalent loaner rifle until their duty weapon is returned.
If a local or state law enforcement officer loses a rifle due to damage sustained in the line of duty, TROY will replace it at no cost.
This policy applies to both personally owned duty weapons and department-owned weapons purchased from TROY.
