At Troy Industries, we are committed to a thorough and equitable hiring process to identify top talent. Below, we outline the steps involved for prospective candidates.

Application Submission

Candidates are invited to submit their applications through the Troy Industries website, Indeed, or LinkedIn. Additionally, interested candidates are encouraged to email their resume and letter of interest directly to HR@troyind.com.

Application Review

All submitted applications undergo a comprehensive review by our Human Resources team. Due to the high volume of applications received, only candidates selected to advance in the process will receive a response.

Stages of the Hiring Process

1. Initial Phone Screening: Candidates identified as a strong match will be contacted to schedule an initial phone screening. This preliminary discussion typically lasts between 15–30 minutes.

2.  Interviews: Applicants who successfully complete the phone screening will be invited to participate in interviews with the relevant hiring manager and/or team members.

3.  Offer of Employment: Following the completion of interviews and comprehensive reference checks, an offer of employment will be extended to the selected candidate.

4.  Background Verification: Upon acceptance of the employment offer, a background check will be initiated.

5.  Onboarding: After successful completion of the background check, the candidate will formally begin the onboarding process with Troy Industries.
